Notes for GIS users

Geometry, PIN, acres and county only. PIN format differs by county: New Castle 10 digits (2603520039), Kent dashed (2-05-07709-04-3400-00001), Sussex its own format. Layer 1 of the service is parcel centroids. Owner/situs live in the county services.

How to use it

Assessor parcel lines are for taxation and are often 5 to 50 ft off the legal boundary. Why.

Basesheet uses this to draw the parcel line on a base plan for any Delaware address, with LiDAR contours, soils, flood zones and wetlands.
