Free parcel data by state
30 states publish a free statewide parcel layer that works without an API key or login, and some others have free county layers. Each page below lists the publisher, coverage, data vintage, which fields are included, the REST endpoint and when it was last verified with a live query.

In these states parcel data comes from each county's assessor or GIS department, and some charge for it or require an account. Basesheet still builds a base plan there, without the parcel line.
