Free parcel data in New Hampshire

Yes. New Hampshire publishes a free statewide parcel layer: New Hampshire Parcel Mosaic, from NH GRANIT (UNH Earth Systems Research Center, state GIS clearinghouse). Coverage: 236 town values incl. UNINCORPORATED (statewide mosaic); per-town completeness not independently checked. It's a public ArcGIS REST service with no API key or login.

Notes for GIS users

Field names are lowercase. pid/displayid are town-local; nh_gis_id ('<county 2><townid>-<pid>') and u_id ('<townid>-<pid>') are statewide. town values are mixed case (CONCORD vs Keene): compare case-insensitively. No owner/assessment attributes. Layer 0 = parcel points, layer 2 = additional lines.

How to use it

Assessor parcel lines are for taxation and are often 5 to 50 ft off the legal boundary. Why.

Basesheet uses this to draw the parcel line on a base plan for any New Hampshire address, with LiDAR contours, soils, flood zones and wetlands.
