Free parcel data in Oklahoma
Oklahoma has no single free statewide parcel layer we could verify, but many counties publish their own. Basesheet currently uses 4 Oklahoma county services: Canadian, Cleveland, Oklahoma, Tulsa.
County layers
Canadian County
| Layer | Canadian County Parcel Data (Public) |
|---|---|
| Publisher | Canadian County Assessor's Office (ArcGIS Online org CanadianCounty) |
| Coverage | All of Canadian County (about 84,800 parcels) |
| Data vintage | Assessor public view, edited continuously (last edit 2026-10-16) |
| Terms | Public item, no token. Assessor disclaimer: informational, planning reference and guidance only; not surveyed; no warranty. |
| Fields | parcel number (parcel_id, account); site address (situs); owner (owners_name); legal description; subdivision |
| Not published | deed references, plat references |
| REST endpoint | https://services2.arcgis.com/0NjdXxmJp53hZWPd/arcgis/rest/services/ParcelDataService_2_view/FeatureServer/3 |
| Last verified | 2026-10-20 with a live point and parcel-number query |
Hosted FeatureServer view, layer id 3 ('Parcel Data (External)'); native EPSG:6553 (OK North ftUS, NAD83(2011), reported as wkid 103133); reprojects on outSR. parcel_id is a dashed 20-character string 'SSTTRR-BBBBBB-LLLLLL' style, e.g. '020170-075000-000000' (some end in a letter, '310181-030000-00000C'); account is the 9-digit Assessor account ('090024929'). Match parcel_id with dashes; if the user gives 18 bare digits, re-insert dashes after positions 6 and 12. situs/situs_city/situs_zip are the property address; mail_* is the owner mailing address. subdiv_block and subdiv_lot are separate fields. Layers 0, 2 and 4 on the same service are subdivisions, lots and blocks.
Cleveland County
| Layer | Cleveland County Tax Parcels (June 2026) |
|---|---|
| Publisher | Cleveland County Assessor's Office (ArcGIS Online org CCAO) |
| Coverage | All of Cleveland County (about 122,000 features, including about 1,800 retired parcel-fabric records) |
| Data vintage | June 2026 snapshot of the Assessor parcel fabric joined to CAMA (item modified 2026-06-19); the item name suggests periodic re-publication under a new name |
| Terms | Public item in the Cleveland County Assessor ArcGIS Online org, no token. No license or copyright text published. |
| Fields | parcel number (UserAccount, ParcelID, name); site address (FormattedLocation); owner (OwnerNameFormatted); subdivision |
| Not published | deed references, plat references |
| REST endpoint | https://services1.arcgis.com/kxHJSF07PF5lbQ3z/arcgis/rest/services/ClevelandTaxParcelsJune2026/FeatureServer/0 |
| Last verified | 2026-10-20 with a live point and parcel-number query |
Hosted FeatureServer, native EPSG:2268 (OK South ftUS, reported as wkid 102725); reprojects on outSR. UserAccount is the Assessor account 'R' + 7 digits ('R0023734') and is the cleanest key. ParcelID (= name = GISKey) is a fixed-width code with embedded runs of spaces, e.g. 'NC29AAAOT 7 6001', so exact-match only with the spacing intact. This is a parcel fabric export: about 1,800 features are retired parcels (retiredbyrecord IS NOT NULL) that can overlap current ones, so add 'retiredbyrecord IS NULL' to point queries when possible; about 1,100 current polygons have no CAMA join (UserAccount null). FormattedLocation is the situs street, LocationCity the situs city; Mailing* fields are the owner mailing address. Block, Lot, Section, Township, Range are separate fields; LegalReference is mostly null. The assessor's own server gis.clevelandcountyassessor.us did not respond on 2026-10-20. If this item is retired for a newer month, look for a successor in org kxHJSF07PF5lbQ3z.
Oklahoma County
| Layer | Oklahoma County Tax Parcels (Public) |
|---|---|
| Publisher | Oklahoma County Assessor's Office (ArcGIS Online org 'Oklahoma County', Ok-Co) |
| Coverage | All of Oklahoma County (about 338,000 polygon features) |
| Data vintage | Assessor public view, edited continuously (last edit 2026-10-15) |
| Terms | Public item in the Oklahoma County ArcGIS Online org, no token. No license or copyright text published. |
| Fields | parcel number (pin, PARCELNB_1, accountno); site address (location); owner (name1); legal description; subdivision |
| Not published | deed references, plat references |
| REST endpoint | https://services8.arcgis.com/euhkr1dAJeQBIjV0/arcgis/rest/services/TaxParcelsPublics_view/FeatureServer/0 |
| Last verified | 2026-10-20 with a live point and parcel-number query |
Hosted FeatureServer view, native EPSG:2267 (OK North ftUS, reported as wkid 102724); reprojects on outSR. pin is the dashed parcel number '2730-01-001-6900' (4-2-3-4); PARCELNB_1 is the same 13 digits with no dashes ('2730010016900'); accountno is the Assessor account 'R' + 9 digits ('R010016900'). Normalize user input to digits and match PARCELNB_1, or match pin with dashes. One account can be several polygon pieces (the courthouse returned 2), so union by accountno. location includes the city ('320 ROBERT S KERR AVE OKLAHOMA CITY'); locationcity is the situs city; city/state/zipcode are mailing. Layer minScale 10607 only affects drawing. A sibling InternalParcelData_view service exists in the same org but was not used.
Tulsa County
| Layer | Tulsa County Parcels (INCOG) |
|---|---|
| Publisher | INCOG (Indian Nations Council of Governments, regional COG) publishing Tulsa County Assessor data |
| Coverage | All of Tulsa County (about 285,000 parcels) |
| Data vintage | Assessor extract; LoadDate 2026-10-03 (service description still says 'Last updated February 3, 2025') |
| Terms | Public, no token; copyright text 'Tulsa County Assessor'. No license text on the service. |
| Fields | parcel number (ParcelNo, ACCT_NUM, AccountNo); site address (PropertyAddress); owner (Owner); deed reference; legal description |
| Not published | plat references |
| REST endpoint | https://map11.incog.org/arcgis11wa/rest/services/Parcels_TulsaCo/FeatureServer/0 |
| Last verified | 2026-10-20 with a live point and parcel-number query |
FeatureServer on INCOG's server, native EPSG:2267 (OK North ftUS, reported as wkid 102724); reprojects on outSR. ParcelNo is a 14-digit string with no dashes, e.g. '00500920140670' (Assessor shows it as 00500-92-01-40670, 5-2-2-5); ACCT_NUM is identical and AccountNo adds an 'R' prefix ('R00500920140670'). Strip dashes from user input and match ParcelNo. PropertyAddress uses Tulsa's trailing quadrant style ('218 W 6 ST S', '500 S DENVER AV W'). PropertyCity is the situs city; City/State/ZIPCode are mailing. ReceptionNo is the County Clerk reception number of the last deed (often null). Legal is space-padded to 250 chars, so trim. INCOG also publishes Creek, Osage, Rogers and Wagoner county parcels on the same server.
How to use it
- QGIS: Layer > Data Source Manager > ArcGIS REST Server, add a connection with the service URL (the endpoint above without the
final
/0), then add the layer. Filter to your area before exporting. - ArcGIS Pro: Add Data > Data From Path, paste the endpoint.
- Direct query: append
/query?geometry=LON,LAT&geometryType=esriGeometryPoint&inSR=4326&spatialRel=esriSpatialRelIntersects&outFields=*&f=geojsonto get the parcel at a point. - CAD: see getting a parcel into AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Assessor parcel lines are for taxation and are often 5 to 50 ft off the legal boundary. Why.
Basesheet uses this to draw the parcel line on a base plan for any Oklahoma address, with LiDAR contours, soils, flood zones and wetlands.
