Notes for GIS users

PAMS_PIN = '<4-digit muni code>_<block>_<lot>[_<qualifier>]', e.g. 1111_2001_1. A user's block/lot can also match PCLBLOCK + PCLLOT within PCL_MUN. Some parcels have no MOD-IV match, so attributes (COUNTY, PROP_LOC) can be null.

How to use it

Assessor parcel lines are for taxation and are often 5 to 50 ft off the legal boundary. Why.

Basesheet uses this to draw the parcel line on a base plan for any New Jersey address, with LiDAR contours, soils, flood zones and wetlands.
