Notes for GIS users

CO_NO is the Florida DOR county number (11 = Alachua ... 77 = Washington, alphabetical; 47 = Leon), NOT FIPS. About 97k features have CO_NO = 0. CO_NO is an integer field. PARCEL_ID and PARCELNO matched in the test record.

How to use it

Assessor parcel lines are for taxation and are often 5 to 50 ft off the legal boundary. Why.

Basesheet uses this to draw the parcel line on a base plan for any Florida address, with LiDAR contours, soils, flood zones and wetlands.
